BIG Pharmacy is a community pharmacy brand under BIG CARiNG Group. Established in 2006 by pharmacists Lee Meng Chuan and Lim Sin Yin, BIG Pharmacy began with its first outlet in Damansara Uptown, driven by a vision to provide Malaysians with trusted pharmacist care, quality healthcare products and accessible professional advice. BIG Pharmacy also offers a wide range of supplements, medical and rehabilitation supplies, as well as essential wellness and personal care items to support everyday health needs. BIG expanded steadily across Malaysia and strengthened its southern region presence through the merger with RedCap Pharmacy in 2018, accelerating its growth into one of the country’s largest retail pharmacy chains. All BIG Pharmacy stores are staffed by licensed pharmacists, supported by nutritionists and dietitians who provide guidance on medication use and general health management. Today, BIG Pharmacy serves as a frontline community health touchpoint, delivering professional pharmacy services and comprehensive health and wellness solutions within the BIG CARiNG Group.
